Long-press, sheets that move like your phone's, and better Home rows
New
- Long-press any poster to open its menu. On your phone, press and hold a poster to change its status, log it or remove it — no need to aim for the small pill. Signed out, the same hold invites you to sign up.
- One tap to start a show or finish a book. A show you haven't started offers Mark S1E1 as Watched; an ended show can be marked watched in one go, and one still airing can be marked up to date. Books have Mark as Read, and a finished book or game can be started again (Rereading, Replaying).
- Sheets glow with the title's colour. A title's page, and the menu you open on a poster, are softly lit from behind by the colours of its art.
Improved
- Improved home rows. Movies, TV, books and games each get their own trending and new rows, ranked by what is actually popular and recent right now — so Home serves more relevant titles, with less noise from older or off-target picks.
- Sheets slide and drag like your phone's own. They glide up from the bottom, follow your finger when you pull them down, and either slip away or spring back when you let go — every sheet now, including the account and notification menus.
- The page behind a sheet shows through a little more in dark mode, so you keep your place.
- Collection, franchise and series links stay in the same medium. Tapping "Alien Collection" on a movie now searches movies for Alien.
- View activity and Settings on a title's page look like links, in the accent colour.
- Links you share have a new headline. A gremblin link in a chat or a post now reads "A place for everything you're into." — with a line on what you can track, discover and share.
Fixed
- No iPhone link preview or text selection when you hold a poster, and posters can no longer be dragged around by accident.
- Closing a menu you opened with a long-press no longer leaves a stray "+ Add" showing on the card.
- On phones, the top of a title's page no longer slides under the app bar.
